I've trained at numerous Brazilian Jiujitsu schools in several different states, and this one takes the cake! The instructors are friendly and extremely qualified, and there are plenty of students of varied sizes and skill levels, which brings a depth and breadth to this type of training. The informal atmosphere allows for a focus on the training itself, instead of wasting time doing calisthenics and bowing repeatedly. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone with a passing interest to come in and take advantage of the free trial week they offer!

Excellent instruction, safe environment, fun and collaborative vibe to classes-love every minute of it. Whether you’re new to the sport or want to really improve your BJJ and MMA game, Chris has you covered and his crew will make sure you have a blast doing it. My whole family trains together (me, hubby, kids 11 & 12) and I can’t say enough nice things about Chris and the environment there. Everyone checks their egos at the door and we just get to learn, a joy every class.
