I can't say enough good things about this gym. I'm new to Jiu Jitsu, and the vibe here has been really really good. The coaches are patient and fun and thoughtful, and the members themselves are all really friendly. I think the best part about the gym is the focus on learning new skills and being always curious about the next thing we can improve on. Love it!

Great classes, staff are friendly and place is above average about cleaning, and many classes for kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing,no-go,etc

This gym was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. I had the pleasure of taking a trial fundamentals class taught by Joey Meador. He was personable, genuine, very knowledgeable and made the entire class and interaction even better. I was very impressed with the other students and how they made me feel welcome and were eager to come roll with the “new guy” and partner with me. Albeit sore today, I am hooked and will be signing up and can’t wait for more!

My 5 year old has been going here and he absolutely LOVES IT. . the instructions he gets from Eric Loar and Dip Thapa is great! They are patient and treat the kids great and keep it fun for them while they learn. I'll definitely be keeping my son here and having his little brother join him when he is old enough.
