Awesome, kind and super friendly. They work with my disability. I already have a couple names memorized. I'm learning quick ly and learning my limits. I'm having a blast here! I hope to keep coming for a long time.

It the only place we found that offers a kids class starting at 4 years old. They also are military friendly.

I trained at this gym for nearly two years. Overall, most of the members are respectful and easy to work with. However, there were occasional instances where egos got in the way during sparring, leading to unnecessarily aggressive behavior. If you decide to join, I highly recommend attending classes led by Coach Chapman, Coach Kurt Shrout, Coach Zach, or Coach Zeke. They are knowledgeable, patient, and maintain a constructive learning environment. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend attending classes taught by Coach Justin Mark. When he feels that a student is going too hard in sparring, his approach tends to be overly aggressive rather than instructional. In my opinion, this behavior does not reflect the professionalism expected of a coach. My final experience at the gym involved being asked to leave a class after stepping out briefly for water and a restroom break. At that point, I decided to discontinue my membership with Impact.
