Monster Fit PDX is a great place to get some work in, competition, fitness, or just to improve your boxing skills. Weights downstairs, heavy bags upstairs, knowledgeable coaches, plenty of space to move around, boxing ring, grappling mats with a cage wall, everything you need to get started on your boxing journey.

Monsterfit Pdx is great and genuine. Coaches are patient, respectful, and understanding to your needs and experience. I've developed so much here with only a couple months and will be competing soon if you desire to get strong healthy and ready for a competition bout this is the place and environment to be at. I recommend this to all people of all levels come check it out !🥊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Monster Fit PDX! I can’t say enough great things about Monster Fit PDX and the incredible training my boys (ages 9-15) and their friends received there! We signed up for a mix of private and group sessions with Coach Marlon, specifically tailored for jiu-jitsu strength and conditioning, and it was hands-down one of the best decisions we’ve made for their athletic development. Marlon is an exceptional trainer—knowledgeable, motivating, and truly passionate about helping athletes level up. He customized every session to target exactly what jiu-jitsu grapplers need: explosive grip strength for controlling opponents, hip mobility and core power for escapes and guards, pulling and pushing exercises that mimic guard retention and passes, and functional movements to build endurance without burning them out. The boys came out of each session stronger, more explosive on the mats, and noticeably more confident in their rolls. The group sessions were a blast—the kids fed off each other’s energy, pushed harder, and had so much fun while getting serious work in. The private ones allowed for that personalized attention where Marlon spotted weaknesses and drilled fixes that translated directly to better performance in tournaments. The facility is welcoming, clean, and perfectly set up for this kind of targeted training. If you’re a grappler, do yourself a favor and get them in with Marlon at Monster Fit PDX. I love that a beginner can go here and have the option to grow if desired. Great for getting in shape to competing under one roof. No elitists or snobs. Just experienced coaches that will help achieve whatever goal you have in mind.
