One of the top Muay Thai gyms in the Seattle area, for sure. The space is huge and really has everything you need. Honestly one of the coolest gym setups I’ve seen. I’m from out of town and felt welcome right away — the owner is super nice and welcoming. The teaching was great, too. I picked up some new techniques and got a lot of solid new looks. Everything was explained clearly and in a really informative way. The website is easy to navigate, and the schedule is clear and simple to follow, which I appreciated. Even though it was a bit out of the way for me, I’d definitely keep going if I were local. Really glad I stopped in and I’ll be back. If you’re thinking about trying Muay Thai or this gym, it’s worth it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been training at this Muay Thai gym for six months, and it’s been an amazing experience. The atmosphere is friendly, motivating, and perfect for all levels. Andy, the owner and the rest of coaches , are outstanding. He’s extremely patient, knowledgeable, and always takes his time to guide me step by step. You can tell he truly cares about his students and wants everyone to improve at their own pace. I highly recommend Muok Boxing to anyone who wants to learn real Muay Thai, get in shape, and train with someone who genuinely supports your growth. This gym is the best choice you can ma

Muok Boxing is hands down the best Muay Thai gym in Washington state! Andy, Bobby, and Van are outstanding coaches who deliver elite-level training while maintaining a welcoming, supportive environment. The classes are always packed (for good reason), yet Andy still gives everyone personal attention to make sure they improve. Within my first year, my technique, speed, and power improved dramatically, and I felt confident executing all the fundamentals correctly—all thanks to their truly exceptional coaching.

My girlfriend and I started training at Muok Boxing and Muay Thai back in May, and I still remember our first day walking in. The staff and members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable even though we were complete beginners. The class was challenging but also fun, and at no point did we ever feel unsafe. That first experience really set the tone for everything that followed. We have now been training here for over seven months, and we genuinely love being a part of this community. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and you can tell they care about teaching real Muay Thai the right way. Coaches like Andy, Jaylen, and Bobby take the time to make sure techniques are performed correctly, with control and proper form, so no one is hurting themselves or their training partners. Sparring is part of the classes, but all members are taught to be respectful, controlled, and considerate of their partners, regardless of their level. There has never been a point where I felt unsafe, which really speaks to the culture and coaching at Muok. They also offer a wide variety of classes, ranging from beginner friendly sessions to training geared toward advanced competitors, which makes it a great place to grow no matter your experience level. Muok has an amazing atmosphere, strong coaching, and a community that truly supports one another. We look forward to training there every week and cannot recommend it enough.

I moved to training at Muok from my old gym sometime last year, and really fell in love with the gym. The coaches are really incredible, and the classes feel well thought-out and are ALWAYS a great workout. I feel like i've learned so much about Muay Thai in my time here, and really feel inspired to improve. They also now have more specifcally beginner-focused content and classes, so if you're thinking about trying out Muay Thai or boxing, there's no better environment to learn than at Muok!
