Just started training here in January. Having a great time so far. Everyone has been incredibly helpful and encouraging. I enjoy the flexibility in class schedules, they offer fitness training as well as BJJ, and Thai boxing, and have something you can attend every day and you get access to everything for a very reasonable cost. Great place to get started or improve on existing skills and awesome people to train with. Highly reccomend.

I’ve been attending the strength and conditioning classes for over 3 years now and I still love going to class! The energy is always great and we’re constantly learning, improving, and having fun with the workouts.

I moved to Oregon 5 years ago and Next Level was highly recommended to me by my Professor in Colorado. I started training Jiu Jitsu here 5 years ago and I’ve not only been able to improve my jiu jitsu, I’ve also started consistently strength and conditioning training thanks to the programs at the gym, and I’ve been able to make friends and meet a great community. I highly recommend training here (updated as I’ve now been here almost 5 years, still 5 star )

I’ve trained here consistently for a couple years now and hope to continue for many more! Lessons are cohesive and well thought out which is a game changer if you’re someone like me who Ioves jiu jitsu but doesn't feel like it comes naturally. This is an amazing gym both for hobby jiu jitsu as well as building skill and getting competitive. Teammates and coaches really support both which I think is very special but also helps me feel like I can have longevity here as an adult athlete.

I’ve been training at Next Level for about a year and a half and am incredibly happy to be a part of this team. As a group I have found it to be welcoming, encouraging, and, in a good way, challenging. I had tried a different gym before this one but the teaching at Next Level left me feeling confident and at ease to ask questions. The Professors care about us, our safety, and in making sure we understand the techniques being taught. There are times for everyone to attend, whether you are a crazy intense 5AM goer (nothing but respect 👏🏼) or you join in the evenings. If you’ve got kids, our group hosts youth class Tuesday/Thursday. It’s a good atmosphere where the kids have fun but also learn to apply themselves through training. In addition to the great people, the facility is clean and offers a small weight room if you’re looking to use a squat rack, bench, free weights, kettlebells, battle ropes, and more. The strength and conditioning classes will absolutely leave you breathless. I’d say if you’re looking to try out BJJ take advantage of the two week free trial (like I did) and come meet us!
