Jon is like a Swiss Army knife he knows everything he knows how to break it down. He knows how to get you to understand how to do things properly and safely. He cares about you learning and becoming the best athlete you can be all the coaches I’ve had. Jon is by far the best and the most caring in the northwest think tank is not just some juggernaut gym but a gym that has compassion at a gym that has a great coach that make sure you’re safe and cared for.

Owner and trainer Jon Cromer was absolutely amazing with my kiddo. They worked on balance, spacing, expecting next moves of another and possibilities of various outcomes. Jon has a high energy and fun personality with great character and was a perfect match for my son. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and can’t wait to meet up again. Thank you Jon. Jon is one of the most knowledgeable and humble coaches I’ve ever come across. His classes are fun and people get to bond over the love of martial arts. I have felt myself gaining more confidence and feel better about my body after every class. Everybody is super nice and supportive when you are new. I love the challenge of learning techniques and striving to be the best that I can so I can come back the next class to learn more. I highly encourage anyone to sign up, so they can experience it for themselves.

I don’t like leaving one star reviews and as someone that works in Healthcare because I of all people know and understand having a bad day…and maybe that’s all this encounter was… however I didn’t know that thinktank wasn’t part of the 24 hour fitness gym, so I went through the door because it was cracked. The Coach or whoever was in there was incredibly disrespectful towards me for no apparent reason other than I had mistakenly walked through his gym, thinking it was part of the 24 hour fitness because I had to pee and it looked like a shortcut. I’m sure he’s a good instructor, but I really hope that he doesn’t treat other young women that he teaches this way..and if he does, I wouldn’t leave them in his care. The way we treat strangers is only an indicator of our true character. I was thinking about joining classes, but won’t be in the future anymore
