We have been attending the Hollywood taekwondo school in Portland since our oldest child was a toddler. Over the years taekwondo has become a whole family activity that has contributed positively to our wellness, both physically and mentally. We are grateful for the school masters and instructors who foster ongoing learning/leadership amongst students as they move from one belt to the next. We look forward to many years to come and sharing with our family and friend circles.

If you are looking for a place to not just learn skills but become part of a community, US World Class Taekwondo on Sandy Blvd is the place. I have been associated with the organization for a few years, but just recently started my 3 year old granddaughter in classes. In a short time she went from being so shy that she wouldn't talk, to full of confidence and pride for her "bravery" in class. Grand Master Dan and Master Minu have a special way with kids that make them feel seen, respected, and cared for. I highly recommend this organization for fun, fitness, and community for people of all ages!

US World Class Taekwondo on Sandy is THE BEST. When my older child wanted to do martial arts, they convinced our whole family to try, and it's been one of the best family decisions we have ever made. The instructors, community and classes are amazing and there is so much kindness, fun, connection, respect, perseverance and integrity at every turn. It is truly a gift to participate in this community.
