I have trained at many gyms since I was a kid. Never has one felt more like a home, filled with people that feel like family. If you train here, you will train with great people and great competitors. Visitors from other gyms who attend our open mats never leave disappointed.

I dropped in on a class, visiting from out of town. Professor Omar runs a fantastic program and creates a welcoming atmosphere. There is definitely a family vibe in the crew. All the coaches give great instruction and the room is high level to make for some great rolls.

Was one of his first students before he opened his own School. I have done both Muay Thai and Jujitsu there along with some pretty intense “cardio crush”. After many years I’m still proud to call Omar a coach, friend and just a great role model. Also as a women I feel not only comfortable but empowed.

Omar and his crew made us feel very welcome from the first day we were there. Now my daughter takes their children’s classes and I participate as much as I can and their adult classes for jiu-jitsu. I wonderful group of guys are very clean. Jim can’t say enough good stuff about this place.
