As someone with a disability, Alla and Ayoub (the facilitators) are both exceptionally accommodating, not just to me but to other individuals with limitations as well. They are always ready to help us all at every stage of our journey. Additionally, I had no prior experience in any form of martial arts. I joined to overcome challenges like decision paralysis and physical limitations. I can already see progress after just a few weeks. The place really focuses on technique, safety, and camaraderie, making it a welcoming environment for everyone.

As a total newcomer, I took the women-only begginers judo class and a mixed BJJ class. The coaches are stellar: extremely qualified and welcoming. I really appreciate that the club will meet you were you are at and has a very strong work ethic. I always enjoy the lessons, learn something new, and feel safe doing it. This is a great club for everyone: from kids to seniors, from beginners to black belts. You'll be in great hands.

Good Judo school, you are trained by Olympians and well rounded grapplers. The conditioning isn't easy and you must push yourself to complete it. At the end of practice it is very rewarding. You will learn how to train Judo when standing up and finishing the fight in the ground.

Absolutely the best in the game! Coming from a Bjj background, I have learned so much. Alaa and the people in the gym have helped me not only develop my stand up game but also my mentality towards training and competing. My standup and wrestling has drastically improved and continues to do so after meeting Alaa. 10/10 would recommend for beginners or advanced people.
