Our family loves fundamental juijitsu! Our son (6) is getting better every week at Joe’s classes. It is a friendly, safe, clean environment for all ages. These classes are great for confidence, discipline, athleticism, and community. This is one of my favorite extracurricular activities that our son does and I can’t wait until my daughter is old enough to join.

I’ve been training here for over two years now and I can’t say enough good things about it. Every single day there’s a class that’s both structured and fun. This is a place to build yourself up mentally, physically, and gain a second family that you never knew you needed. After adding several great instructors to the roster this is the place to go for a quality BJJ experience. 10/10 would recommend.

I dropped in to Joe’s no-gi class and had a great time here. The class itself was games-based and I walked away with improved slx. Everyone was very welcoming and there was a nice variety in training partners. Would visit again!

10 out of 10, would learn jiujitsu here again. What can I say about Fundamental JiuJitsu? This place is incredible. The atmosphere is relaxed and unpressured. The prices are some of the best I've seen in the area. The instructors know what they're doing and they all can show you how to do it several different ways. I have always struggled with the "show a move, do a move" style of learning jiujitsu. Fundamental Jiujitsu teaches concepts and gets you rolling as soon as they can. Once you've got the concept, the instructors help you refine it to a razor's edge. For me it's been a game changer and I feel like my game has greatly improved since I started here. Last, but certainly not least, Fundamental Jiujitsu is a phenomenal place for kids to learn jiujitsu. My daughter had been training in another gym and I moved her to Fundamental. She loves it here and has really improved since the switch. My son was always afraid to try martial arts in general, but the first day I brought him in to watch the kid's class, he was immediately interested in trying it. Joe and his team create an environment that everyone can learn in.

My son loves to go to the kids program. My son’s favorite teacher was Coach Joe when Coach was teaching in elementary school. We are very lucky to find him again! My son gets out of it a lot from going to the class. Not only jiujitsu itself but there is a topic to discuss each week to be in touch with mind. The curriculum is very organized and has put so much thoughts to it. Very safe and fun environment to learn for kids! Weekly challenges are fun and great way to stay in touch to practice. Coach Joe and Coach James are friendly and extremely easy to talk to, thank you for being amazing Coach! Highly recommended.
