Our whole family practices at Golden Fist and we love it! They don't just teach how to look flashy or cool, they teach people how to avoid conflict and defend themselves. The instructors are amazing with our kids and, as an adult, I am learning more than I ever expected. We can't speak highly enough about Golden Fist!

I am currently a student of Golden fist and I must say they welcomed me like family and they took on my challenge just as I have with me I am currently slightly paralyzed on my left side as a result of a stroke that I suffered in 2018 and with their help and instruction I am slowly moving up the ladder I am currently a yellow belt working hard to become an orange belt they are instilling in me a confidence that was lost because of my stroke I feel like I’m becoming the new and better me thanks to them God bless them pilsung

My son really loves his class he's more focused now because of his ADHD and the owner takes time out to answer my questions. I like that because I had a lot lol.
