keystone is an awesome place. Coach Jose made sure my son felt welcomed. His staff there is very professional. They have the best intentions and provide a safe environment for these kids to learn and grow. Finding a place trustworthy enough for our children to train is tough nowadays. My 6 year old son just started his boxing journey at keystone. He has a prosthetic leg so that comes with some physical challenges. They have accepted him with open arms and made my son feel so welcomed and safe. I wanted to shout out Lando one of the coaches for the one on one time he spent with my son. He was so patient, and willing to spend the extra time with my son. He asked me questions about his leg and was very willing to learn the dynamics of it so he can have a better understanding. He told me he’s never trained a kid with a prosthetic before but he is willing to think outside of the box and help in every which way. Patient, kind, understanding and I could say a million more words about this particular coach. This gym is absolutely incredible and we are so grateful we found them. Coach Jose really made us feel welcome as well and willing to bring my son in and help him succeed here. They are the best!

I have been bringing my son here for a little more than a year now and let me just say. If you are looking to get into shape or if you are serious about wanting to start you Boxing Journey then this is where you need to be. My son decided he wanted to pursue his boxing Journey so he does Unlimited classes so he is there almost 6day a week training. Coach Jose and his staff does everything to ensure that when you walk into the gym you get a great workout. Boxing he takes training his fighters serious as a parent I step back and allow him to coach my son.He works EXTREMELY hard in trying to make sure anyone who steps into his gym gets the best training experience possible. Also Friday Night Sparring is a FUN experience if you haven’t ever seen a sparring match!!! I don’t know how others experiences have been like but my son if he could live at Keystone he would.

Keystone boxing helped me reach my goals in under 3 months! I’ve lost 5 lbs and have been learning the boxing fundamentals as well! The coaches are phenomenal by meeting you where you’re at whether you are a beginner or advanced! Amazing team, especially coach Jose who shows a lot of dedication, patience, and knowledge for the members. They offer a free class to try out and they’re very kid friendly!! If you’ve always wanted to try out boxing, THIS IS THE GYM TO GO TO!

You learn the skill of boxing here but more than that, you learn how to cultivate the incredible discipline the sport demands. Whether you want to come to lose weight, learn self defense, or train for the ring, this place will help you reach your goals. I’ve been coming here for just a few months and already I’m in some of the best shape of my life.
