I’ve been training at PSA for a few months now and it’s been a great experience. These coaches are legit. They really focus on the fundamentals, which makes learning Muay Thai approachable, especially for someone like me with no prior experience. The vibe at this gym is full of great energy, good laughs, and respectful people all around. It’s a motivating place to train and easy to feel comfortable from day one. Highly recommend PSA to anyone interested in Muay Thai.

Amazing gym! Perfect for beginners, and don’t be afraid to join if you are a girl. I joined to learn more about self defense, gain confidence, and stay fit, and I felt right at home. Coaches pay a lot of attention to your form and technique and are always there for any questions you have. Plus, it’s a great place to make friends and find your community 😊

Philadelphia Striking Academy is hands down the best Muay Thai gym I’ve ever trained at. A lot of gyms will just throw you into the fire with little direction, but PSA truly meets you where you’re at. Whether you have years of experience or zero days, the coaches take the time to build you up from square one and make sure your foundation is solid before moving forward. Growth here goes way beyond just physical. I’ve learned that you can’t hide anything on the mats — mentally, emotionally, and physically — that’s what makes this place so special. Training here teaches you real strength, confidence, and resilience. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely hilarious, and push you to train to your highest potential while still making you feel supported every step of the way. Coming from someone with two left feet, I’ve grown as an athlete and as a person more than I ever thought possible. What truly sets PSA apart is the community. This gym is a family. They care about you as a human first, not just as an athlete/student. This place is my home, and I’m beyond grateful to be a part of it.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many. A lot of other gyms just have you doing pointless pad drills but here the coaches were helping me and my friends clean up our technique. We weren’t even students there but got treated like family right away. Just read the girls negative review and know 100% she is lying. It’s a solid group there with great coaches, we stayed for both classes and both were great.

Trained muay thai for roughly 15 classes at another gym. Vibe wasn't right so I put the idea on the back burner until I heard about Phila striking Academy and have haven't looked back. Not only are the coaches welcoming and knowledgeable but even the students are always helping each other with technique. If you’re looking to learn fighting or even pick up another hobby reach out to coach phil or coach dave
