Great environment to work on your fitness goals, tan, relax, or just grab a protein smoothie. Shawn & Delaney at the front are super helpful if it's your first, second, or 1000th time here. Only downside is the saunas are small :( Super clean facilities 🧼 Come work out here 🏋🏽‍♂️ + the smoothies are 🔥

man i gotta tell you this gym is the best. i just walked in off the street told them i had just moved here, two gentlemen at the front desk set me up not only with a free 3 day trial, they gave me a crisp high five. i don’t know these guys at all, great facility.

Amazing smoothies.. friendly staff. As soon as my schedule permits im getting a membership. The facilities look amazing and they have a diverse customer flow. Very welcoming.

Whenever I’m in Philly, this gym’s my go- to for travel gains. Clean, spacious, great music, and the staff hooked me up with a trial pass fast and a yummy protein shake. I’ll be back!

I’ve been going here for some time, and while the gym offers a wide range of equipment and is generally well-maintained, it’s missing some important features. With the growing popularity of HYROX-style training, the lack of proper SkiErgs, wall ball targets, and related equipment is noticeable. Hopefully in 2026, this gym can keep up with the fitness industry.
