I’ve been training here for about 3 years now and let me tell you something. This is the best place to train especially if you have kids. Our kids program is the biggest in the state. We teach kids to be the new leaders of their generation and to defend themselves if violence comes across them in school, streets, etc. The prices are cheaper than most and no contracts need to be signed. The adults classes are a mixed in between 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s. We have competitors, hobbyists, fitness junkies, and just regular people. The main instructor Rick Henry is a great guy. Helps you not only on the mats but off them as well. I’ve never heard of a professor who does that. Love this place and I always feel welcome.

I recommend this place to you and your child, they will help your child develop physically and mentally. You follow it slowly,but you will definitely be happy with the result. My son has been attending here for over 2 years. I noticed changes in my child for the better, he is healthy and very agile, trainers best 10:10. they are open to all nations. If you have trouble speaking English, come here and they will help you. thank you ☺️

Coach Rick and his team are very attentive to children., the atmosphere is friendly. The hall is clean. The cost per month is acceptable , taking into account training all weekdays .
