This is an excellent gym with an excellent vibe. I came down here for a drop in with my co-worker. The midday no gi class was a focus on half guard passing. Josh is a great instructor and Angie is a fantastic host. Clean facilities with towels, toiletries, showers, and SLIPPERS provided. They thought of everything. The merch is top flight design work, as Angie is very clever. Also, there's snacks, which is cool as it comes. 10/10. No notes.

I came to Philly for Fleet Week and needed a gym to roll in while I was away from home. As a drop in, this place blew me away. The facility is incredibly clean and well taken care of. The mats are spotless, and having showers available after training is a huge plus, especially if you’re hotel was across the river like mine was. Josh and Angie are genuinely welcoming and make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. They create a really positive, respectful environment that’s great for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You can tell they care about their students and the community they’re building. If you’re looking for a place to train that’s clean, friendly, and professional, I can’t recommend this gym enough–even as a drop in.

Incredible jiu jitsu facility in Philly! Josh was so kind and gave me a great little tour of the gym before I got ready for a class instruction. I noticed right off the jump their attention to detail, and their cleanliness was obvious the moment I stepped through the door. I was dropping in from out of town, and the vibes could not have been better! Great instruction, great training partners. I also have to shout out their great merchandising and fun little store they had that doubled as their front desk area. I will be looking to drop in on this gym any time I am visiting the East Coast. It's worth the drive even if I'm outside of the city.

From the moment I walked into this gym, I could tell it was something special. The atmosphere is electric — a perfect balance of discipline, respect, and good vibes. The mats are spotless, the facility is professional, and the energy from both instructors and students makes every class something to look forward to. The community is second to none. From moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and part of a family. Training partners push you to be your best, but always with mutual respect and safety in mind. The camaraderie here is real — people support each other, celebrate wins, and grow together. Even the advertising and outreach reflect how professional and inspiring this place is. You can tell the team behind the brand puts heart and creativity into everything they do — from social media posts to events that bring the community together. If you’re looking for a place to train, grow, and surround yourself with positive, hard-working people — this is the gym. It’s not just about learning jiu-jitsu; it’s about building confidence, discipline, and lasting friendships.
