Our son has been enrolled in classes since school began this year - we have noticed a huge leap in his self confidence, body awareness, and discipline. My son has not had the interest/attention span to stick with other activities for long, but he is loving this MMA class and looks forward to the sessions. Coach Siyon is patient with the children, but stern and informative. He meets the kids where they are at, but he will call them out if they are not focused enough to participate. He encourages the kids to use their voice and be respectful - we have really come to love this class!

This program is more than just MMA. It’s a pillar in the community, providing young Black boys and girls with love, mentorship, and a safe space to grow.
