The class is different than a conventional class and may not be for everyone but I liked it. I've been boxing on my own for a few years and take classes here and there to help with my form. One class here and I can see definitely see improvement in my foot work. The owner is very nice and seems like he genuinely cares and wants you to learn and succeed.

I go to this gym. I've been going here since April and not only is the coach a great coach but he's a great person. It's a sweat gym where you work hard. There is a boxing arena upstairs and regular fighting. I learned how to box in about 3 months. I'm very happy to still be a member here and highly recommend joining if you are serious about learning how to box.

If you're serious about boxing, this gym is the real deal. Coach Washington is very technical and has a great workout. Like with anything, you need to be a self-starter. You can eventually get in the ring too if you want. I had a great time here; would continue to go but I am moving. Very affordable. I highly recommend.

Alden is a great coach for teaching all levels of participants. He goes over the basics and teaches you new techniques as you get better. My girlfriend and I took a few classes through Groupon, and had great workouts and learned a lot!

This gym is a joke and it’s dangerous to let this man train anyone willing to put gloves on and hop into the ring with anyone. Unless your a 50 year old woman looking to jump rope and over pay for the facility for cardio….. this guy is a complete joke. He has no idea of fundamentals, never been in the real world….. he is the apitomy of the kind of guy that gets people hurt in this sport. This is a business that’s main objective is getting monthly dues to make a business. I never met Mr Washington’s son who runs the other gym…… but all I know is Mr Washington has no knowledge of this sport and is a hobbiest with no experience playing a part to collect monthly dues. I’ve been in boxing my entire life…. Entertained a free trial with my old lady to just do it with her and get into a gym for fun…… and walked away disgusted and will never return. SMH
