Atomic Kickboxing

Love this place. The teachers are super kind, energetic, charismatic, and helpful. I've been at it for only a couple months, but their attention to my form, even during bigger classes, have helped me from cementing any bad habits while I learn all of these new skills. I really enjoy the partnered exercises they have during every class, too. It brings an element of camaraderie and teamwork I wasn't expecting. Props to Jamieson and Domenic for especially fun classes! Thanks guys!

I absolutely love Atomic Kickboxing! The supportive community here is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The coaches and fellow members made you feel welcome and encouraged every step of the way. The classes are challenging but fun, and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, helping you improve your technique while motivating you to push past your limits. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this place is perfect for anyone looking to get stronger, build confidence, and be part of an amazing group of people. Highly recommend!

My experience at Atomic Kickboxing has been awesome! The energy, attention, and friendliness of the instructors are top notch. They hold me accountable to my fitness goals, encourage my performance, and push me to the limit. The cleanliness and huge training area is amazing, I highly recommend and once you check them out, you will too!

I recently started taking classes at Atomic Kickboxing on Eddy street, after my husband joined and encouraged me to try it out. I’m glad I did. It is not easy for me because it’s the first time I’m doing these types of classes, but so far the trainers have been super supportive and help you modify to what works for you. The people that I’ve met in class are very friendly and supportive as well. So far so good, I look forward to continuing to work out with atomic kickboxing and get myself back on a better health path.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought the 3 class deal they advertise without knowing they want you to BUY a membership before even starting the class. The man I dealt with was extremely rude from the beginning. He literally told me I couldn’t take the class if I couldn’t afford the membership. Why even have the 3 classes advertised? Scam. I looked for the membership options before even signing up and was told they would talk to me about it when I arrived for class. This guy put such a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend to anyone who is even remotely interested in trying out kickboxing. After seeing how they respond to bad reviews it does not surprise me. False advertising for sure and only want your money. Guess you’re not allowed to try out a class? Such a joke of a business.
