Been a member of this gym for over 4 years. Its no longer a gym to me but more of a second family. Gary is really building something special at this gym and the proof is in his fighters. If your looking for direction in your fitness journey or want to become a boxer/mma fighter this is the place. Class are open to all members and the gym is accessible 24hrs.

Great place to train! Gary is a fantastic instructor with a depth of knowledge, he does a great job of keeping classes fun while also giving us efficient, effective techniques to progress. Love it here, great group of people to train with.
