Don Rodrigues Karate Academy & CBR Kickboxing

Don Rodrigues Karate Academy is truly a home away from home for my son and our family. The owners, staff and instructors are dedicated to teaching the next generation of martial artists. They instruct the kids on proper technique and forms, but also focus alot on self defense, bully prevention and self confidence. They have a very well rounded curriculum. I wouldn’t trust any other dojo with my Child.

We’ve been with DRKA since May of this year. Our daughter is enjoying her experience and looks forward to weekly classes which have helped her with focus, improved coordination and great exercise in using up all that 8 yr old high octane energy. We also enjoy the free courses offering opportunities for family and friends to participate in child safety classes, bring a buddy days, dad/mom days and sparring classes. Don Rodriguez Karate academy offers options for adults and kids with flexible class times. The initial promotional offer made it easy to try out martial arts for the first time. The instructors are great and the DRKA team brings many years of martial arts experience. Definitely worth trying out.

Best Karate Academy around !! You will learn from the best and feel right at home. It is a great environment and they provide everyone with the confidence and discipline they need. The child/teacher ration is outstanding!! I can not express how happy we are with Don Rodrigues Karate Academy!! My son loves it. The principles they teach are just what he needed. The staff is very friendly and welcoming !

An absolutely wonderful school. They have a real family atmosphere there. The newest students are welcomed by all with smiles and encouragement. Every instructor has a great attitude and are really invested in helping everyone from the newest student to the most experienced learn and grow.

My son has been going here since August 2022. I can't believe the strides he's made since being here. He has become more focused and helpful at home and at school. He also takes initiative with chores around the house to be more helpful. He looks forward to going every week. He is now an Orange belt and looks forward to working hard to become a purple belt. He has a ways to go but he enjoys putting in the effort knowing he is doing better for himself and others. We can't wait to see where are journey goes from here. Happy to be a part of this new family!
