Started boxing on my own about two years ago needed some guidance on how to elevate my training. Called the gym and they set me up with a trainer with in an hour. I have been going here ever since and have seen a huge change. The coaches at the gym are extremely helpful and kind. Made me feel part of the family on day 1. The athletes range from beginner to experienced.

My 7 year old takes classes there and I train while he is there. Great, hard working atmosphere, and they train the kids hard but everyone has fun. Very reasonable prices for the kids classes, especially for three classes a week. Highly Recommended.

Awesome gym, Staff is top notch..Always willing to help you out. This gym is always clean and has classes for everyone (young and old). Not to mention you can get your workout in and get a haircut all in one spot. Highly Recommend A++

I bought a membership for a month as a beginner, I was shown no assistance after day one, I am a teenage girl and the boys were viewed at a higher respect. The boys got one on one work outs while I was excepted to work with the 5 year olds. We were told to not use the exercise machines for insurance reasons which is understandable but the boys younger than me were given free range. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and I would definitely not recommend sending girls here.
