I’ve been coming to Full Range and I still love it since 2018 and I love it as much as day one. I was nervous to try crossfit, but everyone at Full Range is incredibly welcoming regardless of fitness level! The coaches are top-tier and Adam and Alecia (the owners) have built a culture that is inclusive, challenging, and super supportive. Best gym in Providence, hands down!

Full Range is exactly what my life needed to find fitness and community in Providence. The programming is excellent, varied, and approachable. I find myself looking forward to coming here every day for the gym and to see the friends that I keep accruing! I highly recommend this gym to everyone; but if you’re new to lifting/fitness or new to Providence, this is such a fabulous place to get stronger and start meeting new people.

I dropped in to visit this gym yesterday and was impressed to say the least. It’ was not the equipment (which is good) but the coaching and the people. I spent the better part of 45 minutes discussing the coaching, principles, teaching methodology, gym and class culture, scalability options for various levels of fitness. As a physician and internationally ranked athlete I was very impressed. They were welcoming and thoughtful, engaged and ready to support my fitness needs. On my next visit I’m signing up!

Joining Full Range has easily been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I started because I wanted to be more active and "fit"; I stayed (3.5 years in now) because I love everything about it! The programming is thoughtful and truly designed to meet you where you are, whether really basic beginner's level (me when I started) or really advanced. And the community is really what elevates the experience for me! Some of the best people I’ve come to know, I met at Full Range! I’m motivated to work out because I love the people I get to work out with. I can’t speak highly enough about this place! Thanks, Adam and Alecia for this gift to all of us!
