I've been going here for about a year with my kids and this place has changed my life: physically and mentally. It's really not the facility or the equipment when it comes to martial arts: it's really about the instructor (or "master"). Master Michelet is an exceptional taekwondo practitioner. He is great with kids and he really has a passion for the art.
