I've been doing traditional weight training solo my entire adult life. Taking on a boxing regiment was fitting a square peg in a round hole, so I had no idea what to expect when I inquired. Within 4 days of reaching out I had my first session with Jaime and I've been hooked ever since. OTR has delivered on all my expectations and more. I love coming here and I look forward to training days all week long. Real expertise and hard work. Whatever your goals are, give OTR a shot. You won't regret it.

Absolutely the best place I have ever worked out at! They always switch it up so you don't ever get bored with your workout. The best part is everyone here really cares about you, they are kind positive people that will make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend On the Ropes Boxing, check them out, you won't be disappointed!

I gave five stars I would’ve loved give more!! I have been training there for about two months with two amazing coaches Jamie and Amy they both have a ton of knowledge and experience they highly motivate you to push to your fullest potential and help you meet your goals!! I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s November of 2018 with their help and motivation I have been able to keep my cognition balance in check. This gym by far and hands down has been amazing in helping me fight Parkinson’s!! I have to also thank the members who have helped me too!! I highly recommend them for if you’re looking to get into to shape or looking to become a trained fighter!!

This boxing gym is incredibly special-- the sense of community is really strong and every single staff member is kind, welcoming, and clearly knowledgeable. I came to On the Ropes having never boxed before and now I'm kicking myself that I didn't know about it sooner. This place is run by some badass women who challenge, support, and motivate you. Plus the energy is always really high and everyone has a great and positive attitude. Can't recommend it enough.

You really won’t find a boxing gym like this anywhere. No matter what level you are in your boxing or fitness journey you’ll be ok here. The level of support and welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to look forward to going every day
