We are so glad that we enrolled Vinny at Premier! He’s your typical 4 year old, full of energy and distraction. Since starting classes at Premier a few months ago, we have seen a big change. He has gotten so much better at following directions, trying new things. And it has been clear to us a change in his self confidence. It has also been an amazing outlet to get his energy out. He looks forward to his classes every week and seeing his friends.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. The welcoming atmosphere, and the incredible people made it all the more special. Johnny was super patient and high energy! He made the class enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new workout regiment or some self defense training!

We love Premier. It's truly a family and the staff care about each student and gets to know each family. They aren't pushy (money-wise) and are focused on learning and improving. My son (now 7) has been going here since he was 4. They keep him focused while also having a blast. They also host tons of fun events as well for him to attend and be with other students.

We are thankful to have found Mr Johnny at Premier. I was worried about getting my son involved in any sport because he has very low muscle tone and had never been involved in a group activity like this. He appears average but his body needs to work a lot harder than his peers. And while he is a very kind boy, he can be tricky, extremely sensitive and sometimes very unfocused. Mr. Johnny has been so great and patient with him. He has built my son’s confidence and made him stronger than ever.

We started taking my 4 year old here a few months ago when we were looking for a new outlet for his insane amount of energy. With his ADHD focusing, listening and sitting still can be really difficult, but Mr. Johnny and the team here are absolutely wonderful with him - they have the patience of 1,000 Saints! One of the things that impressed me was how they preemptively plan to fill the gaps where my son's attention would be lost (usually waiting his turn in the rotation) by giving the students another task to focus on such as high-fives or takin a lap. This is a part of dealing with an ADHD child that often gets lost in the shuffle that other places fall short on. One of the other things we loved here that a lot of other places didn't offer was the small class sizes. It makes for a more intimate experience and allows the instructors to give a lot of attention to each individual student through in the moment technique corrections and coaching. They take a positive approach, giving lots of praise and celebrating the good without losing the ability to make the corrections and give the feedback when needed. They aren't here to just take your money, tell your kid they are doing good and move them on. They are genuinely and authentically invested in each of the kids' journeys, which we didn't feel at other places we visited. Overall the community at this school is warm and welcoming. They take the time to get to know each kid and what makes them tick. They reward the progress with more than just another belt and are truly invested in each kid. I look forward to watching my son continue to grow at this school.
