Thank you RAD fitness for getting me moving!!! Your welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and fun classes are a great motivator. The gym offers a wide variety of classes, boot camp being my favorite, that will kick your butt in the best way possible. Bright and clean, love everything about it! Keep up the good work Rebecca:-)

Great gym, ideal variety of group classes at different levels of intensity and incorporating effective full body movements to get a combination of aerobic exercise with strength training. Also a good amount of high quality stand alone gym equipment to use. Rebecca is genuinely kind to everyone and supportive and knowledgeable with a positive attitude and elite mindset. The members all seem to enjoy it there.

Truly a gym like no other! You will find a work out that satisfies your fitness goals…and make new friends along the way. I’ve worked out in countless gyms in this state and have found RAD FITNESS to be a complete gem. The coaches’ styles are so welcoming and respectful, without judgment and intimidation. Definitely not your typical “bro culture” type of gym.
