I've known the owner and lead instructor for 30 years. He has an incredible talent as a teacher-he knows the right time to correct, push, and support his students to achieve their highest levels in fitness and martial arts. He is exceptionally gifted training children. I've met and even work with some of his former students who grew into confident, successful, and disciplined adults. The summer camps are tons of fun for the kids! The facility is spacious with tons of equipment for all ability levels. I highly recommend this business!

My kid is in the ninja class and he absolutely loves it! The instructor is patient but firm with the kids, and really runs their energy out each session!

My son has been attending multiple classes here since he was 5, almost 3 years...fabulous family environment! My son has grown in confidence and behavior! The instructors are well versed and fun! They offer a huge variety of classes including friday sparring! Birthday parties, summer camps, ninja warriors and self defense! We love it!

I absolutely love this place. The owner Mr. Dan, has the phenomenal ability to interact with kids. He does an awesome job of balancing fun and learning for the kids and brings them a sense of self confidence that I love to see in my son.
