Team rockstar sports is an amazing family gym. I’ve been going to classes and participating in theis MOMs program for over a year. I love it and my 7 year old loves it too! Their thoughtful approach to family focused healthy workouts is top notch. I highly recommend checking it out (1st class is free).

My kids have been attending their youth boxing class for a couple of months and absolutely love it. Friendly, patient coaches that push them a bit in all the right ways. Family friendly place to the core, with friendly staff. Get yourself or your kids moving!

Joining Team Rockstar was one of the best decisions! Everyone is so welcoming and it’s a great environment. All the classes I’ve taken have been such great workouts and training with Ashley has been so motivating.

This is the absolute BEST LOCAL GYM. The programs they run for adults and children are amazing! Everyone is friendly and it is a comfortable place to go to workout (and bring your kids too!) I did the MOMS program, which I would 10/10 recommend for anyone who is trying to reach their fitness goals. LOVE YOU GUYS !!!!
