Master Leong is very attentive and patient. She almost always gives you more than your allotted class time explaining not only the moves but the origin and meaning behind it. I highly, highly recommend Master Leong's Tai Chi Class to anyone but especially folks with aches and pains. I come away feeling amazing after every class. Just great. If you are thinking about it Just Go! She is great!

I have been coming to Villari's Martial Arts Center after finishing pt for a total hip replacement. I have been attending the class Tai Chi for Arthritis. In addition to Tai Chi, Master Leong has also been instructing the class in stretches that have helped my flexibility with my hip. In talking with Master Leong, she has studied with instructors in order to develop this class. In September of 2020, I moved from the Tai Chi for Arthritis to practicing "regular" Tai Chi. I have found it to be very beneficial with my balance and movement. I would highly recommend trying Tai Chi.
