This is so much more than a gym! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with; they encourage everyone to take their time with the weights and the stations so you don't injure yourself but still get the very most out of your workout. Each day is different and that keeps it exciting and motivating to come back. The facility is so clean and comfortable and the child watch is top notch. There are always fun events and challenges being held, too! Highly recommend Burn if you are looking for a fun, challenging, and motivating workout!

I was honestly terrified to join a class workout atmosphere after years of working out primarily at home. At home, I loved the fact that nobody could watch, but hated that I couldn’t push myself as hard as I know I could. A friend convinced me to try Burn and I’m SO GLAD I DID! It’s so motivating, uplifting, and the fear of having people watch me struggle during certain workouts is nonexistent. The trainers are so helpful and encouraging, and everybody working out with you is your cheerleader. It’s the perfect place for me!

This place is amazing. Not only awesome workouts that challenge you every single day, but a welcoming environment with zero judgement. Everyone cheers for everyone. The trainers are helpful and have a wealth of knowledge. Head trainer, Lizzy, is encouraging and supportive every camp. Whenever I am unable to do the exercise, they are right there to offer modifications or alternatives. The focus meetings are tailored to your needs and can be used for nutrition, weigh/measure, goal setting, form correction, etc. The owners are so kind and dedicated to making this the best possible place for all. Walking through the doors of Burn was the best decision I have ever made.

If you're looking for a welcoming and encouraging fitness community, with group exercises that will challenge you while also lifting you up, Burn Boot Camp is the place to be! The trainers are engaged and supporting. Every level of fitness is represented in class and modifications are always available. I was losing excitement and accountability with my at-home exercises and now I'm actually excited to go to a 5:30AM class! At Boot Camp, it's more than just a 45 minute work out. They foster an environment that builds connections and develops your self-esteem, and trainers that work with you to create a strong, healthy mind and body! You may be a bit sore to start, but it's quickly replaced with confidence!

I LOVE Burn! The community within is one of the most amazing I have ever found. The trainers are all there for you and help coach you with exercise and nutrition, help keep you accountable and help you find that confidence you need to come in each day and give all you have! I recommend 10/10 and I have never been happier in a gym!
