Ms. Green set up a self defense class for our Girl Scouts! 1 for younger girls and 1 for older girls and adults. We learned so much and it was so easy! I recommend any group to ask about it! Thanks Circuit for taking care of us! It was wonderful!

Circuit has been a great place for our family. My children have both attained black belts. They have learned both physical and mental toughness while still in a positive environment. Circuit also readies you for the competition levels. Both of my children were able to become district champs (best in four states) with Ms. Green as their guide.

Hoover's Martial Arts Brandon has a fabulous martial arts and self defense program for both children and adults. My children have gained so much confidence as youngsters, and the above 13 (teens & adult class) is again a huge confidence boost for both the teens and adults. I am part of that program myself, along with my teenager, and we learn more in depth self defense for situations a person might find themselves in. I now have the confidence as an adult that I wish I had gained in my childhood years. Also, the fitness program (Circuit Fitness) is upbeat and interesting with many varied workouts to develop the whole body in strength and agility. The instructors are always encouraging, and also very helpful with diet tips and solutions to support each individual's strength and weaknesses. It's a great place to meet new friends and have fun while getting fit! I never had a ton of weight to lose, but my body has changed noticeably with the gains in strength and flexibility. It's always a great experience to be at Hoover's Martial Arts and Fitness - Brandon!

I trained here for over 10 years and I can say it is absolutely an incredible place to be. As a young student I learned respect, discipline, perseverance, how to work hard to achieve goals, and so many more valuable life skills. As an instructor here, I saw young students completely transform from rowdy troublemakers in class and at home to become articulate, respectful individuals. They learn martial arts, but more importantly they learn to be good people. That's the goal. There are also great opportunities for developing leadership skills. Students can be leaders in their own classes, helping out other students and setting an good example. As they get older they can train to become instructors and learn to lead classes themselves. I highly recommend training here.
