They offer youth and adult classes in Boxing, Kickboxing, and Jiu Jitsu, as well as mixed martial arts training to prepare you for competition. If you aren't looking to compete, and want to meet your Fitness goals or simply learn self defense, then you are needing to check these guys out!

Out of town working for a week, wanted to find somewhere to get some training in. And boy did I choose well. Great group of guys, led by a great instructor. Very welcoming. I will definitely be going back next time I'm out in Aberdeen.

Absolutely amazing place. The atmosphere is incredible, Everyone helps everyone become better. My son and I felt welcome from the first time we walked through the door as complete novices. You won't find someone with more passion for what they do than Derek! Keep it up guys!

I’ve had the opportunity to train with Coach Derek at seminars, talking with him at tournaments, and finally had the opportunity to stop into his gym! The place is clean, all of the athletes are good rolls focused on technique, and the atmosphere is chill! If you’re in Aberdeen there isn’t a better option for training!

Great place. I’ve been out there from Minneapolis a couple times now to teach. It’s a great atmosphere, and an awesome team that is always helping each other. Derek is a great guy, that brings that family vibe into the gym instead of just a place to train. Highly recommend this place when you’re in Aberdeen!
