We are so grateful to be part of this taekwondo school. The instructors truly nurture their students, show up consistently, and are deeply present in their lives; both on and off the mat. They see each child as a whole person, not just a student learning kicks and forms. This school pours back into its students by teaching confidence, respect, discipline, and emotional resilience in a way that feels authentic and supportive. It truly takes a village to raise kids, and this taekwondo community is very much part of ours. We feel lucky to be here.

We’re grateful for the opportunities and guidance our boys have received at Maka’s Taekwondo. The instructors are exceptional, and the gym community is incredibly supportive. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. After more than three years here, we’re excited to see our boys (and Maka’s ) continue to grow.

We moved to their school from another, and were welcomed with open arms, and were immediately accepted by all (staff and peers). Maka's Taekwondo is a great school! Not only do they genuinely care about each and every one of their students and celebrate their wins in life outside of TKD (no matter how big or small), they set great leadership examples for them as well. Each of the instructors are welcoming, respectful, and have hearts of gold. Taekwondo has helped our teenage daughter gain more self confiedence, improved her ability to focus, taught her about self control, and is helping morph her into the gentle leader she is capable of being - thank you Maka's for helping her see her worth!!
