I love our women’s MMA class at Next Edge! Every session pushes me. I’ve learned some moves and even used them on my boyfriend and he was shocked. Chey is amazing and very patient. I’m so happy I get to attend this class and be part of the REIGN community. I’ve met a few women too, which is a bonus. The energy in the room is always amazing. ❤️

I’ve been going to next edge on-and-off for over a decade. Next Edge genuinely cares about you and your goals. Whether you want to be a world class competitor, or just want to get into better shape, there is something for everyone. The coaches are all knowledgeable, encouraging and are happy to help you make progress. Sioux Falls is lucky to have such a great place

I brought a crew of high school students in to try out a class, and these instructors were so patient with them. They not only taught, they also inspired. Each person was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I will recommend Next Edge Academy to anyone interested.

I’ve been coming here for a couple months now and Chey is the best instructor. She makes it challenging but also fun. So thankful for this experience. I always look forward to this class every week!
