Best place to train in Brazilian Jiu jitsu , Boxing, Wrestling, MMA with the realest coaches & they are home to some of the best fighters in the midwest.

Have a school in the area that can bring in the level of talent like Royce Garcie for a seminar is awesome for the BJJ Athletes in Siouxland.

Stay clear of this supposed academy, they will literally use any new kid as a punching bag. They throw them into sparring within the first couple days with athletes outside of their scope. Not to mention no NDA was signed for these kids to be sparring. Very unsafe
