Archetype is a great gym and an even better community. I walked in with almost zero experience and felt welcome from day one. Sean, Tyson, and Jeremy are always there to help with form and make each class a learning experience as well as a great workout. I’ve gotten into the best shape I can remember and feel more motivated than ever to keep going. The members are just as supportive, and that makes a huge difference. Highly recommend Archetype to anyone looking for a fun new gym.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that Archetype boxing is the BEST gym, hands down (keep 'em up though) First and foremost, the coaches, Sean, Tyson and Jeremy, are fantastic--they're all great teachers, chill but very hands on and approachable. They are incredibly welcoming to beginners, if it's your first class just arrive a little early--they will walk you through everything and make you feel welcome from the get-go I had limited boxing experience when I started at Archetype and they immediately made me feel right home. They quickly got me up to speed on the class format and combos, now the gym is my home and its one of my absolute favorite workouts. Second, the community here is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and chill, it's inspiring to workout with such a great group of people who are trying to improve themselves each and every day. Periodically throughout the year they do a "fight camp" where 100+ people sign up to train hard and eat right together, it's a badass thing to behold and be a part of Lastly, the gym itself is clean and pristine, the staff and owners clearly pride themselves on that. Most boxing gyms are absolutely not this way So, if you just want a fun and clean place to workout with a great community, then look no further...but also, if you're serious about getting into incredible shape or massively improving your boxing, these guys are elite coaches. Drop in for a class, I promise you won't regret it

Great boxing gym! High quality instructors provide coaching in smaller groups as you rotate through stations. They move around the group and provide feedback on form so you can improve. The boxers who train there are a diverse crew of different skill levels, all friendly and there to get better together. Good mix of men and women. As a woman, I feel safe and empowered. Overall good energy, good vibes, good music and the cleanest gym I’ve ever been apart of.

Archetype Boxing Packs a Punch I waltzed into this gym a couple of years ago not really knowing what to expect. I’ve taken a bunch of classes in everything from hip hop to making rugs. But fitness places I’m a little more discerning. What would I be learning? Are the coaches any good? What’s the vibe like? Archetype delivers on all fronts. If you’re an experienced boxer and or fitness fanatic, you’ll love it. If you’re an absolute beginner (me) you’ll learn to do stuff you’ve never done. And everyone there is super duper nice. The workout is a brisk 45 mins and you will be learning new stuff every day. The space is clean, plenty of parking, and the gear is great. They hold these Fight Camps which are a really great way to change your body while learning something new. The coaches are top notch and have the experience and welcoming disposition that is really nice to be around. If you want to try out boxing or have been doing it your entire life, I can’t recommend this place enough. You will work hard and you will have a blast.

Archetype is already feeling like a second home. Very welcoming environment. Any person with any level of experience can come in and get an amazing workout while learning a new skill. All the coaches are awesome. Jeremy’s classes are fun and upbeat, Sean keeps it simple and to the point, and Tyson is great with correction and showing what proper form is supposed to look and feel like. I highly recommend coming in and trying a class out!
