Aregis Taekwondo Center

We absolutely love Aregis Taekwondo Center!! My children have been learning from the best for a couple years and I can’t recommend this place highly enough!! We are so thankful for such wonderful instructors!

I cannot say enough about Aregis Taekwondo. Their after school program has been such a blessing to our family! The entire staff is incredible. They are so friendly and truly care about the students. My son has come a long way with responsibility and and behavior since starting at Aregis. I recommend them to anyone looking for a Taekwondo and/or after school program.

My kids have been going to Aregis Taekwondo center now for several years! Mr. Aregis and his staff are amazing. They offer child pick up from school which has helped me the most through the years. Also available in summer for working parents and available on snow days when school is out ! I could not ask for a more professional caring team of people. The children are taught discipline and respect at an early age which is a life lesson that all children need. Me and my husband highly recommend this school!

Your after school van drivers need to slow down and watch out for people walking in parking lot. 3 of your vans drove way too fast today and almost hit several of us who were walking from Chefs Market to our cars . We don't even think the 1st driver noticed people in the parking lot 🤬

I attended Aregis Taekwondo for several years as a child, and my experience there caused lasting emotional harm. During that time, the significantly older son of one of the staff members groomed and harassed me daily on the bus. Many people were aware of what was happening, yet no one intervened. The behavior escalated over months beyond inappropriate touching. When I finally spoke up about the abuse, I faced serious consequences. Instead of being protected, I was ostracized by staff and other students both during playtime and in class. I was called into the office and made to feel as though what happened “wasn’t a big deal.” I was separated from others on the bus and told that I was the problem. Many of the other children’s parents worked there, and I was pressured to say I had made everything up. Adults said hurtful things to me, and when I cried, I was told there was something wrong with me because I “couldn’t get along” with them. This was especially painful because I had previously had a positive relationship with the faculty before reporting the assault. The rumors spread beyond the program and followed me to school, eventually forcing me to transfer. Years later, after my parents were finally able to remove me from the program, I received a call from a lawyer representing the boy who assaulted me. I was told another girl had filed a lawsuit. She ultimately lost her case after the Aregis and this organization supported him. This was an incredibly damaging experience in what felt like a toxic, small-town environment. I urge parents to think carefully before enrolling their children here.
