I have really enjoyed my first month with Cornett's Secret Art of Praying Mantis. The atmosphere is great along with some wonderful students that are always very helpful. We all train together and grow together in this southern China marital art. I highly recommending giving this school a try and I'm sure you will love it.

I am so glad to see Si-Fu Wally Cornett finally open a school. We trained back in the day together under the same great instructor in the 90's and I have always thought very highly of Mr. Cornett . He is very professional and really cares about people. His school is very inviting and he goes above and beyond to make those in his company comfortable. He knows his Martial Art very well applying it with confidence and loves what he does while inspiring others to be their best. Great Job my friend !

Sifu Cornett is not only a great teacher, he is also one of the nicest caring person you'll ever meet. His passion of the art shows while he's teaching. He gives everyone the attention needed and making sure perfection. He acknowledges students improvements and encourage them. I've been there for three months now and just earned my white sash. I highly recommend this school or at least pay a visit and sit for a class.

Quality internal kungfu style and school here. Sifu Wally is very high level internal arts martial artist, without the arrogance sometimes present in these arts. He is a master of this art and continues to crosstrain in other styles to further advance and innovate the art form. Approachable, respectful to students of all levels. Good emphasis on two-person drills and two-person forms, including applications and knowledge of pressure point principles and five energies theory. Good curriculum with belt system allowing learning in incremental mastery. Southerners will be comfortable here along with veterans, professionals, urban and more esoteric students.
