Guerrilla Grappling

Can’t say enough good things about Guerrilla Grappling. I’ve been coming in consistently for a few months and have learned more than I could have imagined. Corey is a great teacher and the atmosphere at the gym really encourages growth. The class schedule also makes it easy to get in and train no matter how busy our family schedule gets.

My sons have been training under Coach Corey for several years now, and it’s amazing the transformation I’ve seen in them. What started as a way to get some energy burned off soon turned into an extended gym family and a couple of newly confident kids that carry themselves with pride. And they’ve become pretty great at Jiu Jitsu along the way, too.

We started at Guerilla Grappling in May. My 15 year old with Autism has grown and learned some amazing skills. The staff has been accommodating, welcoming and doing a great job breaking down drills and skills of Jiu Jitsu. We are happy with our choice to spend our time and money supporting the Guerilla Grappling because they have done so much for our son. All of the students are growing and learning and progressing. Looking forward to see how far they all go with the great training they’re getting.

Our family has found a gem in Guerrilla Grappling jujitsu school. My six-year-old adores the classes there, and we find ourselves visiting the school at least 3 to 4 times a week, depending on our schedule. It is heartening to see the enthusiasm with which my child looks forward to each class. A significant share of the credit goes to Coach Corey, who has done a remarkable job in teaching and working with kids of all ages. His expertise, patience, and dedication are evident in every session. He has the unique ability to connect with the students, regardless of their age or level of experience, and instill in them a love for the art of jujitsu. The environment at Guerrilla Grappling is also praiseworthy. The school has a welcoming atmosphere that caters to both first-time attendees and more advanced students. The school has successfully created an environment that fosters learning, discipline, and respect, while also making sure that the kids have fun. I absolutely love that they have two days for homeschooling families so we can come earlier in the day. All the instructors are absolutely wonderful with all of my kids and the others who attend are also great working with each other. They have great rates and different options depending on if you just want the homeschool class, want to come multiple times a week and for the whole family. We cannot speak more highly of this establishment and we look forward to coming weekly.
