Very engaging classes! All coaches are very knowledgeable and take 1:1 time during your intro to show proper technique and skills we will do often in our combos. Everyone is super approachable from management to coaches, and they challenge you to get the most out of your class to reach your personal goals. I’ve seen so much improvement already! Thank you, Mayweather!

Smaller than your typical boxing studio but don't let that distract you. It allows for more community & engagement. I really enjoy their class structure and very knowledgeable trainers. I have zero coordination and they have been very kind and patient with me. They've taken the time to teach me and check for understanding. The price is unbeatable. They have plenty of parking and you can book your classes on the app. Keeping track of all sessions. I highly recommend it. You can book a free class to try it out.

A friend of mine encouraged me to get in boxing for fitness and I decided to try a few spots. The Mayweather boxing and fitness club in Murfreesboro won me over and is really nice! At this time of this review, I’ve had 4 classes and addicted already. They are high intensity aerobic classes that you can work at your own level of intensity. I’m still learning but it’s fun and great to work with a coach and others during a class The location is very clean and the staff and customer service is really top notch. I also love that the gym is easily accessible in the area that it’s in and has plenty of parking that is well lit and maintained. I’m seeing and feel results already! Update. Nearly 100 classes now. I feel great and looking more muscular that before. I’ve made a great community of friends and a great encouraging group of people. Love all the coaches. Mindy is awesome! All the others are great too and I enjoy every class I work out in. I even became a full time member with there challenges. It awesome. It ain’t easy, but I really enjoy it!

They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always willing to push you to your limits. The classes are well-structured and challenging, but also fun and engaging. They create a supportive and motivating environment that helps you achieve your fitness goals. Overall, I highly recommend this boxing gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience.

This week I hit a milestone - - - I completed 50 classes! YAY! I want to publicly thank the MBF-Murfreesboro Team for their support over these past several months! I've always wanted to box and these classes afforded me a chance to do that. No two classes are the same, but they are all challenging and that is fun and motivating to me. When I started, my personal fitness ability was suffering, but I knew I had to do something. When I took the free class, I could not do some basic things, but the staff and coach welcomed me and supported me.  Most importantly they pushed me and kept having an expectation of me.  Also everyone in the classes push me...just to be around people in my community (of all ages, races, and genders) that care about their health is so motivating. And each time, I get to see the motto "Tough times don't last, tough people do."  I am reminded on hard days that I am one of those people and that gives me a lot of confidence. So a special thanks to the coaches who push me - Brina, Mindy, Gates, and Samm! Thanks to Jayla for always having a smile and answering my questions...and to everyone...keep doing what you do...it really matters!
