This place was awesome at first I thought it was going to be silly but to see how much work and dedication this fighters have to for the sport was awesome me and my wife really had a great experience only thing that could use some work is drink options and snacks

This was crazy fun. I think this is a great place to start for fitness, it's a fun and accessible sport, great for couples. If you ever clacked sticks together as kids you and your friends owe it to yourself to come take a look.

Great place to train for this burgeoning and exciting new sport. They have a great show on Wednesdays with public fight nights as well! Will be at the Nashville Palace November 30, 2022!
