Starting here has been one of the best decisions I made. I've finished my first test here, and already feel a massive boost in confidence and in my ability to defend myself! It's also a great workout 💪🏻

My 4 year old son has been training for 6 weeks now and his confidence has grown so much in a short time. He enjoys going to class meeting new friends and having fun with his instructors. Such a great investment to help transform our kids into respectful human beings . Love this place and you will too

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is top notch! They work with the children on self defense but also they work on values and amazing life lessons! I can’t recommend this place enough. It is great! I have seen my children thrive through discipline and great values!

I truly enjoy this class. The instructor, Sam is attentive and gives very clear instructions. I am 69 and doubted myself, but to my surprise there are older students than my self. I would recommend it to anyone interested in learning a well planned and taught self defense class!!!
