I can't say enough good things about this gym! My husband and I had been looking to get back into the gym for a while. We were struggling with lack of motivation and accountability, and had several previous "false starts." We both have demanding professions, and were looking for someone to help us incorporate movement into our lives in a more meaningful way, focusing on both strength and mobility (with, of course, some aesthetic goals, too!). We reached out and heard back same day from the gym owner, Jack, who matched us with Andres. Andres has been everything we could want in a trainer and more! He blends evidence-based training with a great sense of humor and an incredibly positive attitude. Our sessions are challenging, but incredibly fun, and I now look forward to waking up at 4am to hit the gym (which is crazy!). Importantly, I feel safe lifting heavier weights as he is always watching and adjusting my form as needed. He has truly changed my life for the better! The gym itself is spacious, and never feels overcrowded. The equipment itself is in great shape, and the space is clean and organized. I make use of the locker rooms several times per week, which makes it convenient to hit the gym and then head straight to work. They are well stocked and clean with three full shower stalls and towel service. Truly a five star experience!

Been working with Coach Buffalo here for about six months now, the facility is awesome and Coach is an absolute top tier personal trainer. He has a rare ability to read people and push them exactly how they need, helping them find new edges—both mentally and physically. Coach Buffalo is sharp, grounded and brings deep emotional intelligence to his approach. He sees where you’ve got more in the tank and gets you to tap into it. He’s the kind of guy who makes you want to work harder. I’ve hit peak physical condition working with Coach Buffalo at Next Level Fitness, and I genuinely look forward to our sessions. 11/10 recommend.

I have been training with Coach Buffalo for a couple years now. We have recently transitioned to Next Level as the facility is massive and up to date with nice equipment. Also a very clean environment. Training with Matt ( Coach Buffalo) has been great! He is truly a Coach and not just some trainer. He pushes me, holds me accountable, calls me out, and the best part is , if I cannot make it to Next Level because I am traveling, he coaches me virtually using whatever tools I have available. Last year I had a shoulder injury causing my work outs to change to rehabilitation. Without surgery or meds, Matt came up with a plan that totally rehabbed my shoulder. I work in video production for brands and the music industry. It is important I got rehab to operate cameras and continue my craft! Also as much as I do not like Leg Day, my legs are important for work as well! Thanks Coach Buffalo and Next Level.

I’ve trained with coach Buffalo for a few years. He’s tough but understanding helps you set realistic goals and pushes you to reach them. and puts his all into what he does. I’ve lost 100+ pounds since I started training with coach buff. so when he decided to start training here of course I followed him. Since transitioning to Next Level a few months ago, I can’t do anything but give this gym praise. The space is great, everyone is nice, and the equipment is well kept. All of the trainers are personable and knowledgeable and everyone steps in to help each other and the space is always kept clean. Genuinely, I only have positive things to say about this place. It’s one of the best gyms I’ve been to in Nashville.

NLF is wonderful!! I love that the gym is only for folks who are training so it’s never too crowded or loud. Great energy, great people, and the space is beautiful. Coach Gillian is the best! She is so knowledgeable with a background in dance, lifting, and running. She has helped me so much with my mobility and strength. I am the strongest and healthiest I have ever been thanks to Gill. Highly recommend Gillian and NLF!
