Master Shin and his dojo are one of a kind, you won’t find anything like it! . We enjoy it so much. We get to hang out, learn, and get sweaty together and it’s so much fun! 5 stars!!

I’m so proud to know that his Dojo is still here. I went up to my green belt in 1995 as a kid here. Truly miss it.

You're not going to find a better place to learn TKD than this. As you can probably tell from the website Master Shin is a world class teacher (and there's more about him that isnt even on there). Classes are 90 minutes and you can go as often as you want. Rates are much lower than you would expect and there are people of all ages and skill levels. I visited 5 or 6 different martial arts schools when I was deciding where to learn and it was a no brainer. If your curious at all, you really should go talk to him and try a class.

We have been going to Shin's Martial Arts now for a little more than 2 years as a family. My wife, 2 older kids and I love the family atmosphere. Our youngest 2 year old girl comes with us everything we go and absolutely loves it. Everyone is always very understanding of her and loves her so much. We will keep going as long as we can as we feel it is good for everyone. Thank you so much Master Shin for creating an environment our children as well as ourselves can enjoy! I personally have known Grand Master Shin for 40 years... His classes are well structured, and he has the history. It is not possible for someone to have more experience than he does; TaeKwonDo is his life and he was a teenager in Korea when TaeKwonDo got its name. All he knows and does is TaeKwonDo and there is none better. Class programs are agreed to and paid for as any other business; The one year program is your best option as the over all cost is cheaper this way. This is one of several programs he offers, based on how you want to commit to your goals. He has been in Nashville now for 49 years and has a large team of Black Belts to help give personal attention to everyone who joins. If you want to change your life and join a family of people who grow together, this is the place for you. If you are just curious, come watch a class, join in on a class and determine for yourself if TaeKwonDo is for you. As I said, I have known Master Shin for 40 years and there is none better and that comes from a Master instructor, 7th Dan Black Belt who has been teaching for over 30 years. Master Shin has respect around the World for his dedicated service to teaching TaeKwonDo. You'll find no place better.
