Tiger Rock Martial Arts of Franklin

Mr & Mrs. Gann are fantastic instructors. They are nice to the kids, but teach them discipline along the way. My son and I could not be more pleased as we get to do this together. I wish I could give 10 stars!

My son started Tiger Rock Taekwondo in Franklin back in October of 2020, just after turning 9. He had tried most of the traditional youth sports and wanted to do something different. He loves this and even competed in a competition. Mr. Gann has a great way of connecting with and communicating with the kids. He is growing his students physically and mentally. We did our research and even tried out some other places, but no doubt we picked the right one for us. We've also seen more confidence and focus in our son as well.

Tiger Rock has been an essential extracurricular for my son. He has shown so much personal growth through this program. His confidence and determination to succeed astounds me! Mr. Gann has been a huge part of his experience. Every day, he would be there ready to greet each child and to push them to be their ultimate best. He encourages and reassures them. And best of all, the kids completely adore him! Tiger Rock has been the very best decision! I highly recommend starting this program.

My child loves Tiger Rock! Mr. Gann is a great instructor! He excitedly greets every child by name as he/she comes into the studio. He is very knowledgeable of martial arts. All the Tiger Rock instructors do a great job of combining fun and discipline. You can tell they really care about the students and want them to learn and do well!

I cannot say enough good things about Tiger Rock Martial Arts of Franklin and what it has done not only for our son, but our family. We have been a part of this academy for 2 years now. Our son has tremendously excelled with the guidance of all the amazing instructors. Some of the things that we have noticed in our son is an improved focus and concentration (our initial reason for joining), increased self-confidence, the ability to defend himself against bullies, and increased coordination and flexibility. Honestly, we could go on and on about the benefits! Not only does this academy teach martial arts, but it gives our family and others who attend a true sense of community. Mr. and Mrs. Gann as well as the other instructors have truly become our martial arts family. The highlight of me and my husband's day is always going to Tiger Rock to watch our son. Also, our son is a part of the leadership program, which is an added benefit of the Tiger Rock program once you become a certain age. Leadership is teaching him to be an outstanding member of the community by setting a good example for peers and helping others! All in all, if you are looking for a martial arts academy, I highly recommend this one!!
