I had such a great experience at TruFit, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Red, the manager. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel genuinely welcomed and completely comfortable. Starting at a new gym can be intimidating, but Red took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and create an environment that felt supportive instead of overwhelming. You can tell he truly cares about the members and the atmosphere of the gym. His professionalism, positive attitude, and leadership really stand out. Because of him, TruFit doesn’t just feel like a place to work out, it feels like a community. If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll feel valued and supported, I highly recommend TruFit. Red sets the tone, and it shows.

It was an OK gym. Started to get very crowded. Mainly writing this bad review because we moved to a new gym and are currently trying to cancel our membership. Management gave us the run around. "Email here to cancel" The parent company, ABC fitness, will then respond and say "you had personal training, we can't cancel it. Go back to the management team at the gym." ABC has the ability to cancel. They did it for my fiancé, who also had personal training. This is a regular practice for large corporate gyms to squeeze membership fees from customers. Planet Fitness was sued over this exact practice. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!

Don’t come to the gym early on Mondays! The opener frequently calls out so the gym doesn’t actually get opened on Mondays until later in the morning. This morning the lights weren’t even on. About 30 people showed up and had to leave. Gym is great outside of the inability to open on time on Mondays

I had a frustrating experience with the personal training contract at TruFit. I signed up but decided not to proceed before starting any sessions and never used a single training session. I was told by staff that I wasn’t in the system and wouldn’t be charged, but later saw charges on my account. When I contacted the gym, I was told I needed to submit a doctor’s note to cancel, which I did. I never received communication that the note was denied. Weeks later I was told that if I didn’t pay for two months of services I never used, the account would be sent to collections. I recommend anyone considering personal training here read the contract terms very carefully and make sure you fully understand the cancellation policy before signing.
