Excellent if your wrestler wants to take it seriously and compete at a high level. An excellent coach with a lot of experience. Off-season training with freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling is great; he prepares you for the school season. And for me, the best thing is that you feel like he's part of the family; they'll be at the big tournaments supporting your wrestler.

Coaches that care and a great room of youth and high school talent. For serious year round folk style, freestyle and Greco wrestlers in Austin and surrounding areas.

After moving from another city , we struggled to find a quality wrestling program nearby. Wrestling in Austin seems harder to come by — fewer options, smaller gyms, and less structure. While 3F Wrestling isn’t right next door, it’s absolutely worth the drive. The coaches here are committed and build real connections with the kids. They don’t just teach technique — they become role models, which is crucial in any sport. The training is intense and goal-oriented, which sets it apart from more casual, fun-first programs we tried before. Groups are organized by age, which helps improve training quality and ensures more focused instruction. Our son feels challenged, supported, and motivated. Out of all the places we looked into, this one clearly stands out. We’re very glad we found 3F Wrestling and plan to stay for the long run.
