I started at ATA Northwest Austin almost 2 months ago and it's been such a wonderful experience so far! I wanted a martial arts class that would challenge me but be welcoming to beginners, and ATA is just what I was looking for. The instructors are knowledgeable professional black belts, but are also very kind and supportive and have made me feel confident and valued since day 1. The classes are conveniently scheduled for after-work hours and they're FUN! I'd recommend ATA Northwest Austin to anyone looking to get in better shape and learn new skills in an environment that's much more fun and social than going to the gym.

Highly recommend you check this out for kids and adults who seek a great ATA school.

Our son (now 5 1/2) has been going to ATA for a bit over a year and we could not be happier. He was a very shy, sometimes fearful little guy, who has not only grown so much in confidence, but is just so so happy when he comes to ATA. Master Haag and the rest of the crew are masterful (pun intended) at creating an environment for learning, safety, fitness and fun. We've also made a few friends from spending time there with other families. I can't say enough. It's the best.
